I can't pick favorites with this show honestly. The first season was a perfect display of a psychopath and a proto psychopath, I thought it was pretty deep just based on that alone. But what really makes both seasons incredible is just how tense they manage to be, the characters are all acted out so damn well, and the setting really adds to the dark and isolated feeling this show gives off (this was filmed in the Canadian prairies, which I lived in for a decade so I may be biased here).
Seasons one and two have been some of the best and unique TV shows I ever watched.
Forgot to mention Bates Motel. Last season in the series.
I gave up on Bates Motel a few episodes into last season. I had to cut out some shows as i was overloading myself with them and it didn't make the cut. It was always decent but never great to me. The actor playing Norman just screams try hard, fake, and has a very punchable face. The one season where he kills the hooker was the last season i watched in full.
