how this album aging for ya'll? cuz this album is still crazy to me!!! punches me in the face track after track. maybe his best and that's saying a lot cuz i am the biggest monkey bars fan
funny when it first came out i liked it but moved on from it kinda quick. maybe just a lot goin on and a ton of other music dropping at that time???
either way its like monkey bars on roids. every move is calculated. all new tracks. amazing producer lineup! guests that were all his actual friends and just happened to be raw rappers that made sense to collab with and P! still steals the show on every song with ease. from everybody!
r.i.P! to the legend! He's so missed always and forever one of my favorites and biggest influences. listen back to any of his bcc guest appearances even in the heltah skeltah days and tell me he doesn't steal the show every time. i recently confirmed this on his appearances on ogc's 2nd album. bodied that bcc ninety now for the girls track (used to hate that track lol) and his other spots with ease. the parallels to him and pun have gotten more similar over the years. just think how that collab woulda went in 98?

Bully Rap is an amazing beat by Alchemist, I listen to that song a lot. Pyrex also cool. Don't recall liking much else from it. I need to listen again too.

This one has aged very well man, classic album that established P among the giants of hip hop
I know there will be disagreements, but for me "Mic Tyson" it's his best album

Pyrex is my favorite joint but straight music and bbq sauce are also dope. That hook from monch is great on bbq sauce.

Definitely better than I remember. I really just remember the Rustee Juxx track and STFU pt 2. Probably wasn’t in a phase where I was listening to whole albums. Just s**t that caught my ear quicker

yeah i love his albums. they have a fun playful vibe while still being insanely raw. he had that balance between not taking himself too serious but taking his craft very serious.
