fame is too busy doing endless songs and eps with that midget p***y termanology. ill never understand that guy. and his rapping is corny as f**k. i cant explain it but its like a breathing thing he does thats super reminds me of that early 00s mixtape era. and its extra dorky coming outta him. like a breathing emphasis to make him sound like a hard a**. oo boy

Trust me, top five album of the year. Premo has a track that I've been playing on repeat since this dropped. Gotham with Method man is nice too. The whole album. MOP is dope but let’s be real and tell the truth.....we’re all listening for Lil Fame’s verse right? Billy Danze without Fame is kinda wack. It’s like Phife without Tip. Where’s that Fizzy album? He’s the real talent. Listen to the album. id disagree with you about lil fame holding MOP down, but im still swallowing "royce can't make a good album" but people still check for vinnie paz smh

u cant swallow havvvvvving to say somethin smart regarding a comment i make. if ur bothered move on. if u do, i will. royce is top 10 lyricist ever but dudes albums f**kin suck. street hop was a good album and death is certain was good but ther not newhere close to what they should be. i rather listen to the first bar exam and call it a day. hes a mixtape guy, radio freestyle guy, those dudes dont make good albums but ther some of the best rappers ever.

ADD R.A. THE RUGGED MAN TO THE TOP 5 OF MY 2020 LIST TOO. I FORGOT HOW GREAT THAT WAS.
JUST REALIZED WU TANG BEEN PRETTY QUIET THIS YEAR BESIDES KP DROPPING THE BOMB THAT WAS ROCKET TO NEBULA. NOW IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S ABOUT TO DROP ANOTHER COOL ONE BEFORE THE YEAR IS OVER. I'M ALL FOR THAT.

i would honestly like to hear your opinion on it. i dig it. for a rapper his age, he still goes... still funny. entertaining. clever. good beat choices for the most part. i liked it better than legends never die and i was a big fan of that album, too (no bandido)
who wants to see a gino track by track review of ra - all my heroes are dead???

I when to check all the albums I thought "I should download this one" during this year, several good albums... but none of them good enough to make me the effort of writing it here...
I'll check some of the albums you guys listed, so thank you.

The hilarious thing about this thread is that a BOT created it. Did the same thing when he stole Buck’s language from a top 5 thread and mixed it with a couple posters picks. He just copy and pasted that list in the OP from somewhere else.

The hand signs on the Baphomet make reference to it. Link: As Above, So BelowRelated to Occult, Mysticism, etc That's dope, but also surprising since both those guys are big into Islam. The original source of the text was The Emerald Tablet, which written in Arabic. The origin is unknown though. They may be Muslim, but they are far from practicing an orthodox form that shies away from drawing from mysticism and esotericism. It’d be like Jews who practice Kabbalah, they are still Jews.

Random interesting side note regarding Muslim rappers. So Cilvaringz on his album “I” made a track addressing 5%ers not being real Muslim and their claim to be Gods was offensive to Allah.
All this of course after using Wu-Tang to have a career in the first place. Obviously, it didn’t cause a fallout since he was still involved like a decade later in the one of a kind Wu-Tang album Martin Shkreli debacle.
But he mentioned at the time that when he got all his guest appearances ready for that album he didn’t tell any of the Wu members he was going to do that or tell them he was going to make a song called Death to America.
I think he did include a disclaimer with the album that his views weren’t supported by the Wu and they weren’t aware of those things.
