This is such a good song, Royce's verse is fire. Beat is dope. Unfortunately I didn't really like the rest of the album.

new aesop single is dope, kind of in the same vein as the other loose tracks he put out recently. reminds me of klutz a lot. no hook, just him talking his s**t. video is cool too, he did all the of the illustrations himself. also a percentage of the proceeds for the digital, 7", and merch sales will go to kurt hayashi's family, who was a well-known skate videographer & aesop's close friend who unexpectedly passed away a few days ago. he was the one who directed the video for hot dogs

I like Medhane a lot but probably enjoy this colab with slauson as much as any of his other stuff. It’s a nice mix of music with rhyme to showcase both tradesmens talents. Marie is a great use of DOOM sample. The rhythm roulette they did was crazy.

YO PEACE 5TH - i peeped that ag flux album and it was pretty dope! a couple joints i was really feeling on there plus the skits/interludes. reminded me of a less sadistik Sadistik lol. so thanks for putting me on to that!
I'm currently bumping the black moon - rise of da moon and enjoying the Jake Palumbo assisted masterfully mixed Beatminerz production and the still hungry rhymes from buck & 5ft. Guest spots from Meth and Rock sounded nice and Tek & Steele kill their spots.. It took a while to catch up to, but this dope s**t was worth the wait! woulda ranked prob top 10 in my years best list for 19 had I caught up to it sooner!
finally peeped marciealago too this weekend. i'm diggin it, but gotta sit with it more before i form an opinion.

Defari catalog...lots of bangers throughout with a few misses, but Defari is one of my personal favorites. I feel like he's a rapper that could have been so much bigger - Xzibit status at a minimum. I need to still peep his last album, Every $tep...maybe today.

Preservation was involved, but i'm not sure which tracks he produced aside from the first one. There's a dope Ka feature on here too. Also, mixed & mastered by zeroh which is always nice to see.
