Boldy James and Alchemist - The Price of Tea in China
s**t is legit
You might not notice it instantly with Boldy's slow flow, deep voice and southern (?) drawl, but he's fairly impressive on this album on the mic. Alc gonna Alc of course.

Grafh has always been a mixtape rapper like Fab.. Those dudes trend hop pretty frequently but always remain talented.
I do agree that Estee is scaling back a little lately. Kinda the same with Al.Divino. Nothing wack in my opinion but it's like they went the route of creating a harsher sound and it hasn't been as enjoyable as the stuff from even a year ago. I do still have high hopes for everything they drop tho. The talent hasn't faded, just haven't heard them flex as hard with the skills. Papitas was really dope, imo tho. Haven't hear minimansion 4 yet. Hoping he streams is since I won't bootleg or pay that much for a digi release.

i can see what your sayin far as estee and them (and even how you summed up graph). i guess artists do evolve over time and sometimes some of the stuff they experiment with sound-wise isn't necessarily a copy more like clearly something they enjoy and are influenced by and putting their own spin on. lol i was on my period by the end of my work day yesterday apparently lol
the old estee tragic allies stuff was very different and very wu influenced.
i think gino said it best when we were chatting yesterday when he said something along the lines of, "thank god these loop beats got popular again, otherwise all these new dudes would be rapping to trap beats" and he is so right.
shouts to all the rappers going hard in the last few years with the ughh style sound and making a name for themselves. its cool to see some have been at their craft for up to 10-15 maybe more years and finally getting some recognition. gives hope to the little guys like me lol. never thought id see people like jakprogresso and conway collab tho lol. again whoever u dream to rap with there is hope lol

mini mansions 4 was pretty lacking imo. nowhere near the first 3 or his other work.
bumping all of tribes unreleased and non album tracks today. a few i never knew existed.
always hated how stripped down and clean their sound became after midnight marauders but still lots of dope tracks.

new zeroh single dropped last night, off his upcoming album on leaving records. waited years for this, one of my most anticipated releases right now for sure. i've been going his discography today and i still think he's one of the best rappers of the last decade. interesting that bang babies is nowhere to be found on the tracklist though, makes me think this whole album is about to be dark as f**k.
