if you need a feature on almost every track of your album, you should look for a new job ... these roc marci clones suck!

Dope LP, as usual for The Winners. That glitch beat on Sunkist is crazy. Hus still bringin them barz.

Thought the album started strong, but faded significantly with a lot of beats that are just way too slow. Sunkist was dope, and I really dug the joint with Bronze....but yeah, zero replay value really.

The artwork on this joint is crazy. With Bronze Nazereth and Killah Priest features, I hoped for a little more replay value on this project. I also need to get back to it. Hus can make a classic and I think Cocaine Beach is the closest thing he's done to one so far. His catalog runs so deep. I think he needs to get a little better at trimming the fat on some of his releases. It's kind of a peeve of mine that he releases so many tracks (and remixes of tracks) that have been released elsewhere. And the content doesn't vary enough for me. A lot of coke, b***hes, money and SuperDry raps.
All that said, I think dude's sound is top tier. His voice and cadence is dope and he's got a great ear for production. I also think he deserves a lot of props for putting other artists on. He took the opportunity of that MMG release hosted by Roc Marc and put all his people on through Digi Crates. A lot of the artists I f**k with and that are getting buzz, I first heard through Hus. Westside Gunn, Conway, Mach Hommy, Smoovth, Rozewood, Crimeapple, Al.Divino, Rosati, SageInfinite, Da Flyy Hooligan, etc. not to mention all the producers. He helped carve a lane for a lot of people.

^ agreed. he's not one to sleep on.
some great beats on this and his ear IS great overall. nice samples on here. half way through and feeling it more than the first listen. i think all the features just make it more fresh and interesting but he doesnt need them to make a dope album. he can hold a project down solo and kill it. average subject matter for sure but he has appeal for a few other reasons as we now.
