Tree x Parallel Thought - The Wild End

nice, excited to check this out. i don't know what happened or if this comeback was planned but i'm glad he caught that second wind and started putting out all these quality projects back to back. ka might have had something to do with it. we grown now is one of my favorite projects so far this year, and the one with vic is cool too.

a while back ka was posting some of his favorite albums/artists that he appreciates and tree's name came up, ka said he was one of the illest to ever rep chicago. there's a mutual respect there, but that tweet from ka led to many other people showing love to tree.



also just saw this tweet from tree in january for the first time: "I wanna thank @brownsvilleka @chriscrackndc @vicspencer for phone calls , personal visits and most of all conversations that really reminded me of how appreciated my music was , and how I should do more. Thank y’all .."

of course he's cool with vic and tree but i think it's cool when artists promote other artists from outside their own region/scene. i always thought we needed more of that in hip hop.
